development and international expansion of a cutting-edge VOD and streaming platform designed for millions of users across European markets
end-to-end management of application delivery for iOS, Android, web, and Smart TV in an environment of multidisciplinary teams composed of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA
matrix management of project teams, work prioritization according to capacity, proactive risk management, budget, and proper use of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
facilitating discussions, removing obstacles for development teams, reporting to C-level stakeholders, and developing community practices
setting up collaboration in a 5-day onsite mode during onboarding in Prague, followed by a combination of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Project requirements

advanced experience:
- at least 3 years of experience in IT project management in the field of software development
- delivering projects of size over 500 man-days or with a budget over 500 thousand EUR
- practical use of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
advanced knowledge:
- English language at C level (written and oral)
experience with:
- matrix management of heterogeneous teams and stakeholder management
- delivery of mobile applications (iOS, Android)
knowledge of:
- software development lifecycle and QA processes
advantageous:
- knowledge of Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and SharePoint tools
- university degree in IT
