managing software release processes in coordination with various teams
leading project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in multiple markets
balancing multiple projects with different timelines and budgets
maintaining high standards of project management and delivery

Požiadavky projektu

bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software application delivery
proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
PMP or Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster) is an added advantage
fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a business level
adept at decision-making and problem-resolution in high-pressure situations
willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and methodologies
experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is beneficial
ability to mentor and guide junior team members
proactive in identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
