Project description
- comprehensive transformation and business design of approval processes for modern banking platforms
- close cooperation in an agile team with product managers, risk managers, and IT development on transferring business requirements into technical specifications
- modeling of financial and system flows using BPMN standards and Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence tools
- collection and detailed analysis of requirements from key stakeholders for the development and modification of banking systems
- creation of business and technical specifications, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and data querying using SQL
- mapping of existing processes (As-Is) and design of new, optimized loan and approval flows (To-Be)
- creation and modification of API interfaces and analysis of data structures
- support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparation of user documentation
- hybrid cooperation mode in a ratio of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Project requirements
- Advanced experience with:
- analysis, mapping, and modeling of processes in the banking sector
- creation of functional and technical specifications for development teams
- creation of database queries and working with SQL
- Experience with:
- working in Jira and Confluence tools
- modeling in BPMN
- working with the Enterprise Architect tool
- reading and designing APIs and basic IT architecture
- Advanced knowledge of:
- principles of banking systems operation and approval processes
- Knowledge of:
- loan products such as consumer loans, mortgages, or corporate loans
- negotiation and communication skills in Czech and English
- Advantageous:
- knowledge of scoring, risk processes, or internal approval workflows
- experience with designing As-Is / To-Be processes
- cooperation in UAT testing and preparation of user documentation
- experience from large transformation or modernization projects in a bank
