Project description

  • collaboration in the design and implementation of a structured Service Catalog and Service Portfolio in accordance with the principles of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • the project focuses on the design and implementation of a unified service model in ServiceNow, which will:
    • separate business-facing and technical aspects of services
    • improve transparency, ownership and lifecycle management
    • support governance, traceability and process integration
  • the aim of the project is to create:
    • a structured Service Catalog
    • a transparent Service Portfolio
    • clearly defined relationships between services, processes and ownership
    • a stable framework for long-term service management
  • tasks and responsibilities:
    • design and implementation of the service model in accordance with CSDM
    • defining and documenting services (business vs. technical perspective)
    • modeling Service Catalog items and structure
    • creating a Service Portfolio (purpose, value, lifecycle, ownership)
    • ensuring governance and traceability mapping
    • facilitating workshops with stakeholders
    • collaboration with process management
    • identification of inconsistencies between existing processes and CSDM principles
    • documentation and methodological support for teams
  • collaboration in an international SCRUM team
     
  • collaboration in a hybrid setup on-site (1-2 days per week, Vienna) / remote
  • the final remuneration depends on the candidate's experience and the course of the selection process

Project requirements

  • min. 5-year demonstrable experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • practical knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • experience with Service Catalog / Service Portfolio design
  • ability to model services from both business and technical perspectives
  • experience with workshop facilitation
  • ability to work in an enterprise environment
  • strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • experience with governance and lifecycle management
     
  • active knowledge of English in spoken and written form (min. B2-C1)
     
  • great advantage:
    • experience in a banking / financial environment
    • knowledge of the ITIL framework
    • experience with process management
    • experience with service landscape transformation
    • experience with data quality remediation in ServiceNow
       
  • strong analytical and communication skills linking functional and technical perspectives
  • ability to work independently as well as in a global team
  • proactive approach
